Without apology, we choose our space and pace. Without hesitation, we move together. We put the wheels in motion (mentally and physically). We pedal with purpose. Officially registered with the State of Louisiana and launched in 2026, LPBC represents more than organized rides. It represents a standard of excellence, a commitment to becoming and staying fit. This question often comes my way, especially as trendy and modern alternatives become more popular. Yet, “Grammy” holds a special place in my heart rich with meaning, deeply rooted in principles, values, and a profound connection to legacy. The Meaning Behind “Grammy”   “Grammy” is more than a name. It is a reflection of respect, character, wisdom, and humility. Like the timeless titles “Mother,” “Father,” “Mama,” and “Daddy,” it carries the warmth of family and honors the unique role of a grandparent within that structure. Proverbs 22:6 speaks to the importance of legacy and guidance: “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” This reflects my commitment to instilling values of self respect and esteem for the elderly ... honor that carry through generations.   The Quiet Pivot A Note on Realignment, Boundaries, and Peace At some point, you reach a quiet turning point. Not because life gets louder, but because you finally hear yourself clearly. In that moment, choosing yourself is no longer an option, it becomes a necessity. The truth is, you cannot thrive where your peace cannot survive. It's like driving down the wrong road and expecting to reach the right destination. When you choose alignment, you become unavailable to the noise. Unavailable to the theater. From the outside, you move differently. People notice the shift. They see the boundaries. They see you step back. Let them. Guard your peace. Guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
