The truth is some people never intend to let you down. Their best is just less than you expected. Yes, it's a fact, that some people we expect to be there for us are always the ones who let us down. I've had to learn some hard lessons in the school of hard knocks for myself. Sometimes we hold high expectations for some who don't deserve it and others who try but they can't because all they know is what they know. The bright side is you have to meet them where they are because their best is what you see. It's true when a person shows you who they are believe them. They can't extend any further because they haven't learned any better. A Prayer For You  Aurora L. Threats Dear Father, I first give thanks to you for this lovely and blessed day I’ve shared with so many others.  As we lay down to sleep tonight s ome are weary, others are hungry or sick, and many  are anxious. Lord, please watch over them and be their source of comfort. Father, meet them at their point of need and give them rest , sweet dreams, and faith in afterwhile, that joy will come in the morning after dawning . Hunny, you gotta stop seeking validation from people who ain't valid themselves How about we make daylight, by remembering that approval is anything but a terrible thing in one's life; it is could be avowing and positive. Today's forecast is cold hard facts everybody riding with you ain't riding for you.  Let the gas run out and see who'll help you push Every once in a while, we need to check our circle for coattail riders.  The people around us really do matter.  We need to be strategic with our circle of influence. We need people who can support us, challenge us, and move us forward. We also need people who love us and with who we can have a healthy relationship. Here's the problem with coattail riders.  It's their weight that can slow us down and stop us from rising.  The one thing that never fails is they will eventually damage other relationships around you, either by saying negative things to you or saying things to them about you, so as to ensure you and your resources are more available for them. დ A touch of love from, Sunshine & Rainbows

Take in some sunshine and enjoy the rainbows.  It's not simply in your mind; there's a logical explanation about being in the sunlight.  Yes, it improves your disposition. Sun supports your body's degree of serotonin, which is a compound that improves your state of mind and causes you to remain centered, calm, and stress-free.
